Shulamit Ben-Uliel

Shulamit (also known as Shuli) earned her BSc in chemistry from Bar-Ilan University, followed by a MSc in chemistry- developing selective inhibitors for proteases, under the supervision of Prof. Amnon Albeck at Bar-Ilan University. As a Ph.D. student at the Azrieli Faculty of Medicine under the supervision of Dr. Nir Qvit, Shuli studied protein-protein interactions related to mitochondrial dynamics and their role in myocardial infarction, utilizing peptides as research tools. In 2023 Shuli joined the Orbach lab as a lab manager. Outside the lab, Shuli enjoys her family, books and music.

Something not too many people know: Shuli was a shepherd
